An interesting and uncommon geographical and historical description of the provinces of the Netherlands, illustrated with 8 separate plates, including 2 each depicting 4 Dutch costumes, engraved in intaglio by Daniel Vrydag. The 9 fold-out maps of the various provinces are missing. Heraldic stamp on the title page (roaring lion). A few rare foxing spots.
