A Journey into Absurdia (translated from the Swedish by Dr Karl, with the additions found in the doctor’s pockets when he died in Gothenburg, in the year of our Lord 1775). Brussels, Editions du Soleil, 1946. Square 16mo, paperback, cover printed in black and red and illustrated with two caricatures (Hitler facing de Gaulle). At the beginning are: a quotation from Diomède Catroux published in *Paris-Matin* on 10 March 1946, an anonymous quotation published in *Combat* on 10–11 March 1946, and a preface by Christian Diétrich. Also included is: *The Life and Adventures of General de La Perche*, based on documents brought back by the Swede Syllog from his journey to Absurdie. [Paris, S.I.P, 1947]. 8vo, paperback, 30 pp., with a colour-illustrated cover. A follow-up to the first work in the same vein. Minor signs of wear.
