In-8, green half-maroquin with corner caps, smooth spine decorated with a red and garnet mosaic floral design, gilt title and gilt head, covers preserved. 10 etchings by Paul Avril. Slight water stain on the lower margin; otherwise a very fine copy in a lovely unsigned half-binding, enhanced here by a beautiful unsigned ORIGINAL DRAWING for the cover design of the 1883 edition published by Ollendorff and illustrated by A.
