[HERISSANT (J.-TH. & L.-T.)]. An Account of the Mysterious Journey from the Isle of Virtue to Oronte. Rouen, Jacques Dumesnil, 1754. In-16, brown half-calf with small corners, plain spine with decoration (original binding). A rare Rouen edition. A few foxing spots. “The first editions of this spiritual novel were published in Mons in the late 17th century; my contribution to this reprint is limited to some forty alexandrine verses scattered across pp. 24, 47 and 48.
