In-8, [2] leaves, XXIV–224 pp. (the last leaf or leaves are probably missing, but the text is complete in itself). Marbled sheepskin, plain spine with decoration, title page in red marbling (contemporary binding). Caps, joints and corners worn. A lovely collection of tales by Passerat, Sénecé, Perrault, La Monnoye, Ducerceau, Grécourt, Fontenelle, Moncrif and Piron, illustrated with a charming title vignette, a headpiece and a tailpiece by Marillier.
