SECOND (Jean Everaerts, known as Jean). *Élégies*. Paris, Librairie des bibliophiles, 1872. In-8, 114 pp., (2) ff., burgundy half-maroquin with corner pieces, plain spine with decoration, gilt title, date at the foot, gilt fillets on the covers, gilt head, covers and spine preserved (Pagnant). Printed in a run of 50 numbered copies; this is one of the first 25 on China paper (no. 12). Frontispiece by Marillier, engraved by Ponce, and portrait. The cover, printed in bistre, features the frontispiece on the front cover (fold). Translation by Victor Develay. A fine engraved ex-libris by Ernest Sicot.
