18K gold (750 thousandths) chronograph wristwatch, silver-coloured dial with enamelled engraved markings, black enamelled engraved railway-track minute track, black enamelled engraved 1,000-based tachymeter scale, round hour markers and applied Roman numerals in 18K gold (750 thousandths), gold-plated hands, small seconds at nine o’clock, 30-minute chronograph counter at three o’clock, blued central chronograph seconds hand.
Clip-on case back in 18K gold (750 thousandths), inscribed on the inside with ‘Patek, Philippe & Co Genève Swiss’, numbered 651038, reference 130, manufactured by Emile Vichet (Geneva Key hallmark 9).
Hand-wound mechanical chronograph movement, calibre 13’’’CH, signed Patek, Philippe & Co, numbered 867206.
Brown leather strap, 18K gold (750 thousandths) pin buckle signed Patek Philippe.
