18K gold (750 thousandths) wristwatch, silver-coloured dial with painted markings, baton and round hour markers, and an Arabic numeral at 12 o’clock, all applied in 18K gold (750 thousandths), gold leaf-shaped hands, small seconds at 6 o’clock.
Clip-on case back in 18K gold (750 thousandths), inscribed on the inside with ‘Patek, Philippe & Co Genève Swiss’, numbered 617258, manufactured by Fritz Baumgartner (Geneva Key hallmark 2).
Hand-wound mechanical movement, 9 lignes 17/12, signed ‘Patek, Philippe & Co’, numbered 823468, double Geneva seal, marked ‘PXP’ (probably for the American market).
Case in the shape of two crossed horseshoes, brown leather strap, 18K gold (750 thousandths) pin buckle signed Patek Philippe.
