10k gold-filled shaped wristwatch, vertical-brushed silver dial, black railway-track minute track, ‘Breguet’-style Arabic numeral hour markers in gold appliqués, gold leaf-shaped hands, small seconds at six o’clock.
Four-sided bevelled crystal.
10k gold-filled clipped case back, signed Gruen, inscribed on the inside with ‘GRUEN WATCH CO’, reference 370-642, numbered B51588.
Hand-wound mechanical movement signed Gruen, calibre 370, numbered C673342.
Brown leather strap, gold-plated metal pin buckle. The watch was in working order at the time of valuation; however, there is no guarantee of future functionality or the condition of the components.
Scratches and slight loss of plating (mainly on the inside) on the case.
