Clip-on case back in 18K rose gold (750 thousandths), inscribed on the inside with ‘Patek, Philippe & Co Genève Swiss’, numbered 618275, manufactured by C. Markowski (Geneva Key hallmark 8), importer’s hallmark JG & CO.
