Gross weight:
‘Hahn the Younger in Stouttgardt’, heir to the prestigious watchmaking dynasty founded by Philipp Matthäus Hahn, signs the dial as the maker of a high-quality English movement (Hyman Samuel, London). The combination of a regulator display with date function and a large integral balance wheel demonstrates a level of technical ambition rarely seen in a pocket watch of this era.
