Fluted case, gilded dial with chiselled and guilloché decoration, Arabic numerals (showing signs of wear) painted on white enamel, railway-track minute track. Inner case made of metal. French craftsmanship, early 19th century. Engraved inner case: “Thiaffait à Lyon, Charles Dugueyt, 13 March 1856, Silence!”. Cal.: 56 mm. Gross weight: 132.4 g.
