A descriptive catalogue of Château Malet, the residence of Sir Edward and Lady Ermyntrude Malet, in the commune of La Turbie, in the Alpes-Maritimes department, France. Printed for private circulation, 1898; in-4, comprising (3) folios – 95 pp. – 13 pp. and 30 photogravure plates printed on heavy paper, depicting the garden, the buildings and the rooms of the property. The volume concludes with a catalogue of the plants and trees growing on the estate, compiled by Lady Ermyntrude Malet and Lady Ela Russell. A rare first edition, printed on fine paper, limited edition. Contemporary full green cloth binding, title and coat of arms gilded on the front cover (cloth discoloured).
