Handwritten document in Italian on fine parchment: Authorisation to practise as a notary in Nice, granted by Carlo Emanuele to Giovanni Angelo Baldoino de la Rochetta. Document comprising 2 pp. In-4 (approx. 42 × 31 cm). Stitched into a paper cover along with two notarial deeds concerning Claudio Baldoini from 1822. Attached is a document of a similar nature granting an office to Claudio Baldoino, son of Angelo Baldoino, issued by Carlo Emanuele and dated 1818 a parchment document measuring 26 × 39.5 cm; also enclosed are various handwritten documents on paper dated 1822 concerning Claudio Baldoino (including payment for the office) Attached is a substantial file of various certificates, receipts, acknowledgement of debts, deeds of sale, transfers of ownership and inheritance relating to Rochetta Varo (La Roquette St Martin, a former commune in the Alpes-Maritimes).
