Painted softwood chest with polychrome and gold decoration; the front is adorned with three oval medallions depicting pastoral scenes of figures in traditional costume and a bouquet of flowers in a vase, separated by trompe-l’œil columns. Lower border with scalloped edging.
Original brass hinges.
Dated 1776 on the front.
