Set of three Parthian coins Comprising: - Parthian Empire, Ecbatana (present-day Hamedan, Iran), Phraates IV (38 BC – 2 BC). Silver drachma, 38 BC to 2 BC. Obverse: Draped bust of Phraates IV wearing a diadem, facing left, crowned by a flying eagle to his left behind him. Reverse: An archer (Arsaces I) seated on the throne facing right, holding a bow; below the bow, a monogram Ѧ (for Ecbatana). Weight: 3.53 g. TTB Sellwood 52.10. - Parthian Empire, Ecbatana (present-day Hamedan, Iran). Gotarzès II (40–51). Silver drachma, 40–51. Obverse: Nude bust facing left, with a long rectangular beard and a visible earring; diadem with a buckle at the top and three ends; royal wart visible on the forehead. Reverse: Beardless archer, seated on the throne facing right; in his right hand, a bow; below, a monogram Ѧ (for Ecbatana). Weight: 3.37g Pierced, otherwise TTB. Sellwood 65.33. - Parthian Empire, Ecbatana (present-day Hamedan, Iran) Vonones II (40–51). Silver drachma, c. 51. Obverse: Bust of Vonones II facing forward, wearing a headdress, the whole between two six-rayed stars.  Reverse: Beardless archer, seated on the right on the throne; in his right hand, a bow, and below it a monogram.
