Attica, Athens. New-style hemidrachm bearing the names of the magistrates Miki[on] and Eury[clides] ND (124–123 BC), Athens.
Obverse. Head of Athena Parthenos facing right, wearing the Attic helmet with crest.
Reverse. Α - ΘΕ / MI - KI / EY - PY. Within a laurel wreath, an owl standing on the right upon a thunderbolt.
HGC 4, 1643 – Thompson – (cf. 328–329, and note p. 106); Silver – 1.98 g – 12.6 mm – 12 h
Acquired from CGB in 2022 (bgr_759458, Miki and Theophras?).
Appears not to be listed with this combination of Miki and Eury. Off-centre strike on the obverse. With a grey patina with bluish highlights. TTB.
