Carnutes. Quinar with the inscriptions ANDECOM / ANDECOM[BO] ND (c. 45 BC).
Obverse: ANDECOM. Bearded head wearing a diadem, facing left.
Rev. ANDECOM[BO]. A saddled horse facing left; below, a boar standard on its shaft.

Acquired from S. Dhaussy in 2004.
On an irregularly shaped blank, there is a slight flaw on the left but the relief is well defined and both inscriptions are legible! Beautiful grey patina. Almost Superb.
