Obverse: Profile to the left, with wavy hair formed of interlocking S’s (’Aquitanian’ type); four superimposed globules marking the nostril, mouth and chin. Reverse: Free-running horse facing left, with a beaded mane. Above, a coiled scroll; below, a palmette. DT.3389 - BN.3815; Silver - 1.81 g - 12.5 mm - 1 h Acquired in Horn in 2012. Slightly off-centre strike and lightly cleaned. Very good condition.
