Caligula (37–41). As or dupondius in the name of Germanicus ND (37–41), Rome.
Obverse: GERMANICVS/ CAESAR. Germanicus in a triumphal quadriga facing right, holding the scipio.
Rev. SIGNIS - RECEPT/ DEVICTIS - GERM/ S - C. Germanicus standing facing left, raising his right hand and holding a legionary eagle.

Slight corrosion on the obverse. The reverse is in high relief with a highly detailed depiction of Germanicus. Attractive brown-black patina. TTB / Superb.
