ROMAN EMPIRE - ROMAN Hadrian (117–138). Quinaris ND (119–122), Rome. Obverse: IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS – AVG. Laureate and draped bust facing right. Reverse: P M TR P – COS III. Victory advancing to the right, holding a palm branch and raising a crown. RIC.103; Silver – 1.5 g – 13.5 mm – 6 h Acquired from Platt in March 2002. With a fine bust. The patina is dark. Very good condition.
