ROMAN EMPIRE - ROMAN Crispus, Caesar (317–326). ND coin (322), Trier, 2nd mint. Obverse: IVL CRISPVS NOB CAES. Laureate and cuirassed bust facing left, holding a shield and a spear over his shoulder. Rev. BEATA TRAN *** QVILLITAS / ·STR (crescent). Altar surmounted by a globe, with the inscription VO/ TIS/ XX. RIC.347; Billon – 3.61 g – 19 mm – 1 h With traces of silver plating on the surface. Superb, mint condition.
