ROMAN EMPIRE - ROMAN Crispus, Caesar (317–326). ND coin (326), Trier, 2nd mint. Obv. FL IVL CRISPVS NOB CAES. Laureate and cuirassed bust facing left. Rev. PROVIDEN - TIAE CAESS / STR (pointed crescent). Camp gate surmounted by two globes, with a star between them. RIC.477; Billon – 3.7 g – 18 mm – 1 h With a glossy black patina and traces of silver plating on the surface. Superb, near-mint condition.
