ROMAN EMPIRE - ROMAN Constantius II (337–361). Silica ND (360–363), Lyon. Obv. D N CONSTAN – TIVS P F AVG. Bust wearing a diadem, draped and clad in armour, facing right. Rev. VICTORIA - DD NN AVG / LVG. Victoria advancing to the left, holding a palm branch in her left hand and a wreath in her right. RIC.210; Silver – 1.92 g – 16 mm – 12 h Acquired from Poinsignon in 2007. This specimen has seen virtually no circulation. With a grey patina with bluish highlights. Superb, in mint condition.
