Calabria, Taranto. Didrachma issued in the name of the magistrates Zopyrion, So- and Ep- ND (240–228 BC), Taranto.
Obverse: A young man wearing a chiton, galloping on a horse to the right, leaning backwards; below, ΣΩ on a bucranium and in the exergue ZΩΠYPIΩN.
Rev. T-APAΣ. Taras seated on the left upon a dolphin, holding a trident in his left hand and a sea horse in his right; behind, the monogram ΕΠ beneath a Silenus mask.
