Obverse: Head wearing a diadem, facing right, of the divine Alexander-Amon.
Reverse: ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΛΥΣΙΜΑΚΟΥ. Athena seated on the left, leaning on a shield and holding a Nike with a crown; beneath her arm, a monogram, a monogram and a monogram in the exergue.
