Obverse: Side-by-side busts of Cleopatra Thea, veiled and wearing a diadem, and Antiochus VIII Grypus, wearing a diadem, facing right.
Rev. BAΣΙΛΙΣΣΗΣ / ΚΛΕΟΠAΤΡAΣ / ΘΕAΣ - ΚAΙ / BAΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ANΤΙΟΧΟY. Zeus Nicéphorus enthroned on the left, holding a sceptre in his left hand and a Victory in his right. Monogram on the left.
