Faustina the Elder (138–141). Aureus ND (after 141), Rome.
Obverse: DIVA AVGVS – TA FAVSTINA. Draped bust facing right, with hair in knotted plaits gathered into a bun on the crown of the head.
Rev. PIE – TAS AVG. Piety, draped and veiled, facing left, placing incense on an altar adorned with a garland with her left hand and holding a box in her left hand.

NGC Ch XF 5/5 2/5 brushed (8769658-023).
A fine strike, slightly off-centre on the obverse. The relief is sharp, with minimal flattening on the high points. Beautiful golden patina. Superb.
