Obverse: ALGIERS 1930. The Cathedral of Algiers set amongst olive branches.
Reverse: INTERNATIONAL PHILATELIC EXHIBITION OF NORTH AFRICA. In a fluted cartouche, the various means of transporting mail: ocean liner, aeroplane, locomotive, cyclist, camel driver moving to the left and a Post Office lorry.
