C. M. EXERCIT. SUMMUS DUX. Above a scene of battle against the Turks, Louis-Guillaume of Baden-Baden (Türkenlouis) in armour riding to the right. Rev. RASTADII IN ARCE COMPOSITA EST PAX/ NIDUM PACIS HIC INSTRUO. Beneath a dove, a view of Rastatt Palace; below, a shield inscribed ETIN LOCOISTO/ DABO PACEM/ A99: 2. Hermann Collection 21; Gold – 71 g – 50 mm – 12 h PCGS SP64 (55951702). Raised edge: TÜRKENLOUIS – GEDENKJAHR RASTATT 1955 (variant) 900 (variant). Only minute traces on the fields. Almost mint state.
