Reverse: Beneath a star, the city’s coat of arms supported by two lions; in the exergue (date). AKS.12 - KM.146; Silver - 10.01 g - 26 mm - 6 h This is the second-highest grade (513)! NGC PF 65 (8769662-007). On a burnished (PROOF) blank with the edge inscribed in intaglio: NEC * TEMERE * NEC * TIMIDE. Only a few fingerprints. Almost uncirculated.
