Beneath a star, the city’s coat of arms supported by two lions; in the exergue (date). AKS.14 - KM.145; Silver - 5 g - 22 mm - 6 h This is the second-highest grade (12)! NGC PF 66 (8769662-006). On a proof-finished blank (PROOF) with a fluted edge. Only a few fingerprints. Almost uncirculated.
