Crowned double-headed eagle, holding sceptre and sword, with a heart-shaped shield surrounded by the Order of the Golden Fleece; in the exergue: LEGE VINDICE and (variant) (mint mark). Dav.2486 - KM.333; Silver - 27.97 g - 40 mm - 12 h Top Pop: this is the only graded specimen! PCGS MS61 (49097074). Struck in Nuremberg by master Johann Martin Förster (IMF), under the supervision of Sigmund Scholz (SS), with an engraving by Jean-Léonard Œxlein. Perfectly centred strike. Retains its original lustre; only minimal signs of handling have caused slight browning on the fields. Patina with golden highlights in the inscriptions. Superb, mint condition.
