Obverse: + KAROLVSx DEIx GRACIAx FRANCORVx REX. Crowned Shield of France.
Reverse: + XPC* VINCIT* XPC* REGNAT* XPC* IMPERAT. Fleur-de-lis and leafy cross, with a star within a curvilinear lozenge at the centre, all within a quatrefoil flanked by four small crowns.
