Charles VI (1380–1422). Golden lamb, 1st issue, undated (1417), Saint-Lô.
Obverse: + AGN: DEI: QVI: TOLL: PECAT: MVDI: MIS: NOBIS. Paschal lamb on the left, one of its front legs raised, head turned to the right, in front of a trefoil cross with a banner that cuts across the legend in the exergue, within a beaded polylobe frame interrupted at the bottom; in the exergue: KF - RX.
Reverse (at 2 o’clock) + XPC* VINCIT* XPC* REGNAT* XPC* IMPERAT. A trefoil cross with leaves, with a rose at the centre, flanked by four lilies, all within an angled quadrilobe flanked by eight small lilies.
