Obverse (variant): LVDOVICVS: D: G: FRANCOR: REX: BRITOM: DVX:. Crowned shield of France, supported by two porcupines.
Rev. (variant): DEVS: IN: ADIVTORIVM: MEVM: INTENDE: (mint):. Fleur-de-lis cross with a quatrefoil in the centre, flanked by two crowned A’s and two crowned ermine spots.
