Laureate, draped and armoured bust of the King facing right; (mint mark) below. Rev. + (various) SIT. NOMEN. DNI. BENEDICTVM. (date). Flowered and fleur-de-lis cross, with an ‘H’ in the centre. Dy.1212A – Sb.4774 (5 ex.) – G.590 (R4); Silver – 7.15 g – 26.5 mm – 1 h From the Bastien Mikolajczak collection. With the die mark of Martial Vauzelle. Of very fine quality, with slight circulation wear and a lovely antique patina. Slightly short blank. Very Good to Superb.
