Henry IV (1589–1610). Double sol, Paris 1591, Toulon.
Obverse: + HENRICVS. IIII. Reverse: G. FRANCOR. REX. (date) (variant). Large crowned ‘H’, flanked by three lilies.
Reverse (at 6 o’clock): [(mint)] SIT. NOMEN. DOMINI. B[ENEDICTVM]. Fleur-de-lis cross.

An interesting specimen featuring the master’s mark, an ‘A’, re-engraved over a ‘G’ at the end of the legend, and a small fleur-de-lis in the field at the 2 o’clock position: likely to have been struck at the Toulon mint rather than Tarascon. Weakly struck but with very clear marks. Very Good.
