Henry IV (1589–1610). Douzain with two Hs, 2nd type with a reverse featuring two small crowns and two lilies, 1593, B, Dieppe.
Obv. (at 6 o’clock) HENRICVS. IIII. D: G. FRAN. ET. NA. REX. Crowned coat of arms of France, flanked by two Hs; (mint mark) in the exergue.
Reverse (at 12 o’clock) + SIT. NOMEN. DNI. BENEDIC. (variant) (date). Notched cross, flanked by two small crowns and two lilies.

Bearing a ‘B’ and a 15e dot, indicating the Dieppe mint, with the mark of master Zacharie Droulin: a shamrock beneath a star. The blank is split. A rare and interesting mint. Very good to very good-to-excellent condition.
