Obverse (variant) LVD. XV. D. G. FR. ET. NAV. REX (date) (variant). Nude, childlike bust of the King facing right; below (pink).
Reverse CHRS. REGN. VINC. IMP. Oval, crowned coat of arms of France, superimposed on the hand of Justice and the sceptre crossed in a saltire, (mint mark) in the exergue.

The re-strike is well executed, with complete legends and all motifs. The various details, including the heart designed by Marc Piélat du Pignet of Aix-en-Provence, are crisp. The fields are barely scuffed with slight scratching on the bust. The patina is golden. Superb.
