Rev. CHRS. REGN. VINC. IMPE (mintmark) (date). Slanted oval escutcheons of France and Navarre, beneath a crown, with a mint mark below.

This is the second-highest grade!
NGC MS 61 (8769661-031).
Close to its mint condition, with the original lustre barely tarnished. The blank is slightly oblong. Very rare and perhaps the first example seen from this year. Superb in Proof condition.
