Bust of the King facing left, wearing an embroidered waistcoat, with the Order of the Holy Spirit, his hair tied at the nape of the neck with a ribbon. Signature B. DUVIV. F. on the edge of the bust; (variant) below. Rev. SIT. NOMEN. DOMINI. BENEDICTUM (different) (date). Oval, crowned Shield of France, between two olive branches, (mint mark) below. Dy.1708 - G.356; Silver - 29.27 g - 41.5 mm - 6 h Top Pop: this is the finest graded specimen! PCGS AU58 (56278491). Very even strike on a wide blank with no adjustment marks. With a beautiful grey collector’s patina. Superb in mint condition.
