Constitution (1791–1792). Three sols, Caisse de Bonne Foi 1791, Year III, Paris.
Obverse: PAYABLE IN EXCHANGE FOR ASSIGNATS. Genie standing on an eagle seizing a serpent, holding a thunderbolt and a flag surmounted by a Phrygian cap; an altar inscribed DROI/ DE/ LHOM/ ME/ ARTI/ V and the signature THEVE[NON] at the bottom.
Reverse: CAISSE DE BONNE FOI ESTABLISHED IN PARIS 1791. In the field, two hands holding a pike surmounted by a cap of Liberty, flanked by B. P – 3. S. and TROIS – SOLS; below: L'AN III DE LA LIBERTE.
