Constitution (1791–1792). Trial coin featuring two escuts in tin-plated copper, with a denomination of 12 deniers, Special Strike (SP) 1791, Paris?
Obverse: META - L * DE - CLOCHE and (date). Within a wreath formed of an oak branch and a laurel branch, a raised sword surmounted by a cap of Liberty, flanked by a crowned shield of the Kingdom of France and a shield adorned with a sheaf of wheat surmounted by a crown.
Reverse: Within an endless oak wreath, in four lines: LA / NATION / LA LOI / LE ROI.
