Convention (1792–1795). Trial coin of one décime, featuring France seated, by Dupré, Special Strike (SP) Undated (1793), A, Paris.
Obverse: LIBERTÉ ÉGALITÉ. Seated France facing left, leaning on the Tables of the Law, wearing a helmet adorned with a cockerel, holding a pike surmounted by the cap of liberty and a spirit level.
Reverse: REPUBLIQUE - FRANCAISE (ermine). Within a wreath formed of two oak branches, a pike surmounted by a cap of liberty and flanked by ESSA - I DE / MONN - OIES.
