Obverse: THE UNITED FRENCH ARE INVINCIBLE. Hercules seated on the right, on a shore, breaking a bundle of sticks; in the exergue: THE YEAR (date) OF LIBERTY.
Reverse: REVOLUTION FRANÇAISE/ (date). Centred, in six lines: MEDAILLE / QUI SE VEND / UN-SOL / A PARIS CHEZ / MONNERON / PATENTÉ.
