Obverse: WISDOM GUIDES ITS STRENGTH. Hercules seated on the right, on a shore, breaking a sceptre; in the exergue: THE END OF / DESPOTISM.
Reverse: RESPUBLICA GALLICA ANNO. 1MO. A pyramid beneath clouds; in the exergue: ÆRE PERENNIUS / (date).
