Obverse: ANVERS (date). Large ‘N’ within a crown formed of two branches.
Reverse: MONNAIE OBSIDIONALE. Centre: 5 / CENTs.

Typical strike from the Wolschot mint; specimen without signature, with filed edge and coin strike. Large module with ‘CENTs’. Rare, with 39 specimens recorded according to Gadoury. Slightly off-centre strike. Still retaining some of its red colour around the raised areas. Superb in Proof condition.
