Bust of Napoleon I facing right, head crowned with a laurel wreath; below, the signature BRENET and Tr. Reverse: EMPIRE FRANÇAIS (date). Within a wreath formed of two branches: 5 FRANCS. G.595 - F.307; Silver - 25.01 g - 37 mm - 6 h PCGS Genuine Cleaned-UNC Detail (58336792). Specimen with a burnished proof (PROOFLIKE) appearance: the fields are mirror-like and the relief is satin-finished. Slight marks on the high reliefs. Hairlines in the fields, beneath a light patina. Superb, mint condition.
