FRANCE - FRANCE The Hundred Days / Napoleon I (March–July 1815). 5 francs Empire 1815, I, Limoges. Obverse: NAPOLEON EMPEREUR. Bust of Napoleon I facing right, head crowned with a laurel wreath, with the signature ‘BRENET’ and ‘Tr.’ below. Reverse: EMPIRE FRANÇAIS (date). Within a wreath formed of two branches: 5 FRANCS. G.595 - F.307; Silver - 24.94 g - 37 mm - 6 h PCGS Genuine Cleaned-XF Detail (58336793). A few scratches on the reverse; shows signs of having been cleaned in the past, with a grey patina developing with golden highlights. Very Fine to Superb.
